so i am prediabetic number wise, so i wanted to try a supplement that would help keep me from possibly becoming diabetic, i haven't had my blood work done yet but what i can say is when i take this product around the time frame that i'm eating i notice that after i eat i don't feel as sluggish, or tired, its hard to explain but other people who are prediabetic might understand that sometimes because you blood sugar is a little higher after you eat, they would understand THAT feeling i'm talking about, i plan on taking this till it is time to go for my blood work in a couple of months, i will be very curious to what my numbers are
there is one questionable ingredient in this and its the cinnamon bark, i was surprised and disappointed that ceylon cinnamon wasn't used because it is easier on the kidneys than the type of cinnamon that is currently in this. I'm hoping that this product will be changed to the better grade/type cinnamon in the future because i definitely don't want to cause any harm or danger to my kidneys, and cinnamon is proven to help with blood sugar but it is best to do ceylon (don't take my word for it its all over the internet), it isn't a lot of cinnamon in this, with this not being ceylon cinnamon i am actually glad it isn't a lot but JUVENON reconsider the cinnamon in this please!
